Exchange and return policy

Please note the Tayar Tech exchange and return policy on the website:
The product must be in its original packaging with all its accessories and user manual. Exchange or return is not accepted if the original packaging of the product is opened. We do not accept the return of products that are scratched or damaged as a result of misuse or malfunction due to connecting the electricity to the wrong voltage.
In our sole discretion, we may consider the returned product not to meet the above criteria for return and exchange.
If you purchase your product from one of our stores, you must visit the store itself. If you purchase from the website :
- Return within 7 days and exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order
- The product must be in its original box with packaging and unused. The product is inspected by the relevant department to ensure that the product complies with the packaging conditions and has all its accessories, then acceptance or rejection is issued for replacement or return
- In the event that the return or exchange is due to an error in the order or damage to the product, the customer does not bear the shipping or delivery fees.
- In case the return or exchange is due to the customer’s request, the customer shall bear the shipping fees.
- Money cannot be refunded in the event of a purchase from the website except by bank transfer or direct refund to the card from which it was paid or to the customer’s wallet with us or whatever we deem appropriate for that.
The refund process will be made from Tayar Tech to the customer’s account via bank transfer, in compliance with the conditions mentioned above.
Immediate replacement of devices with manufacturing defects
- Tayar Tech replaces devices with manufacturing defects within 3 days from the date of purchase, provided that:
- The device must be free from any scratches or misuse.
- Bring the original box with all accessories and user manuals inside.
- A report from an authorized service agent may be required prior to replacement.
Maintenance:
Tayar Tech is always keen to provide the best after-sales services to its customers, including maintenance, provision of spare parts, and ensuring quality of manufacture in line with the provisions of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The terms and conditions stipulated in the copy of the service contract provided to the customer at the time of purchase apply.
General Provisions:
- The warranty period starts from the date of purchase from Tayar Tech and is stated on the invoice. To benefit from after-sales services, the customer must keep the original purchase receipt and present it when requesting maintenance.
- If the spare parts are specially designed for the consumer or have special technical specifications, the time of their provision shall be agreed upon separately with the consumer.
- The shelf life of each product varies, and the product manual can be consulted to find out the shelf life of the product that the consumer wants to purchase.
- Products under warranty are inspected by the maintenance department to determine the cause of the malfunction and whether it is covered by the warranty. The customer is informed of the result after the inspection is completed and he approves the proposed procedure by the maintenance and warranty department.

General exceptions not covered by the manufacturer's warranty:
- Defects or malfunctions resulting from the consumer’s misuse, failure to comply with the instructions for use, negligence, accidents, acts of vandalism, maintenance work that does not comply with the product’s recommendations, or negligence in performing maintenance.
- If the serial numbers have been tampered with or altered.
- Paint defects, scratches and problems due to imprecise installations not authorized by the factory.
